ASV Polkis crafts and creates products lovingly with hand and each finished jewel goes through several rounds of QC before it reaches the customer. We aim to reach the highest possible quality standards unmatched in the industry at each level of our organisation. If there’s a problem with a product that you have received, we are here to help you.

• There will be no refunds in any case, without any exceptions.  If your request for return is approved, you will be issued a credit note that does not come with an expiration date.
• Your product is eligible for a ONE TIME return/exchange if you have received a defective product in terms of a quality or manufacturing defect, OR if an incorrect product is mailed to you.
• Given the nature of our products, we reserve sole discretion to provide resolution as we deem fit. Every return or exchange request is treated as an individual case.

For return/exchange:

• If you would like to return any of the items purchased, please contact our customer service team, at asvpolkis@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery with the following information.

– Order number

– Delivery address

– Specify the reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item

If approved for exchange / replacement/ credit note, a reverse pick-up will be scheduled within 2-4 business days. Please ensure that the product you return is unused and in original packing condition. No request for return or exchange or credit note for the same shall be approved beyond 7 days of delivery.

ASV Polkis will try its best to expedite the repair/ replacement process. However, the whole process from pick up to delivery of the replacement item can take up to 21 days.

Pre-orders and Customized Orders

• All pre-orders and customized orders will require full payment at the time of order confirmation.
• There will be no return/exchange/replacement on pre-orders or customized orders.

There is free shipping on all orders in India. Orders within India are usually delivered within 2-5 business days. Orders paid by credit card take 1-3 days for delivery once shipped, while orders paid by COD take 2-5 days for delivery. 
We have an amazing customer -friendly Return policy! For returns, you can either get a replacement of the same piece, exchange for another piece, or you can be issued a credit note that can be used anytime, and there’s no expiration date. If you would like to return any of the items purchased, please contact our customer service team, at asvpolkis@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery, and we will initiate the return process.
